If you are unable to receive email sent through our web site, it may because your email software is set to block incoming messages from unrecognized domains. Or, it may be identifying our web site email as spam. Another problem could be that your security is set high, in which case your settings need to be altered. Please check your email software for anti-spam software, and make sure that your email account allows you to receive email from ClubRunner web site  (mailservice@clubrunner.ca).
To do this, please add mailservice@clubrunner.ca or our IP address of to your list of allowed senders (or Safe List). This would be done through your email account, whether online or on MS Outlook. This may also need to be done on third party software such as Internet Security or Spam filters.

Following are the instructions for adding ClubRunner web site to the safe list on Outlook:

Click on Tools -> Options.
Under the Preferences tab, press the Junk Email button.
Click on the Safe Senders tab .
Press the Add button.
type in mailservice@clubrunner.ca then OK.
Press OK, then OK again.

Once this is done, emails from our web site mailservice@clubrunner.ca should be received properly.
Other e-mail handling software should have similar facilities.
